The Pines at Meadow Ridge is located in Fraser. These 2 bedroom / 2 bath units sleep a maximum of 6 people with a queen in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the second bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. All units have full kitchen and private decks. The spacious living room has cable television with VCR and a wood burning fireplace. All units are single level and have either a first or second story entry. Your unit for the week will include clubhouse privileges to Club Meadow Ridge . This includes access to an outdoor heated swimming pool, outdoor hot tubs, racquet ball courts, tennis (summer only), volleyball area (summer only) and coin laundry. Free shuttles frequent this property. (Please note that Pools & Spa's are open till 9:45)

Check-In:Owners receive their keys in the mail, all other guests need to check-in at Allegiant Management Clock tower located downtown Winter Park. You will pass the ski resort first, and we are located one block past the first stop light on the left side as you enter downtown Winter Park.

Directions to The Pines at Meadow Ridge: Exit 232 off Interstate 70 to US Highway 40. Follow Highway 40 west over Berthoud Pass (26 miles). You will pass the ski resort first on your left, then drive through the town of Winter Park, 2 miles into Fraser. Take the right at the stop light at the Safeway grocery store intersection. Pass through the second light, drive around the corner and up to the top of the hill where you will meet an intersection and the entrance to Meadow Ridge. Drive straight through the intersection (you have the right of way as you come up the hill). Take the first left after building 6, this is the Pines section of the Meadow Ridge property.
